The frame drum was the primary mythological instrument used for rites of passages in ancient Mediterranean cultures, such as Italy, Israel, Egypt, and Greece;
They were the Shamans, the Priestesses,and keepers of the sacred RHYTHM – empowered, dynamic and alive.
These retreats are created for us ladies – to take a TIME OUT – and immerse ourselves in ancient healing practices & nourishing delights, such as:
